Non-Bookable Hours are now visible on the Admin Calendar for improved scheduling clarity
End User Calendars now display times even when slots are blocked out
New setting available to make Postcode a required field on Customer Profiles and Sign-Up forms
Payments Export now includes an "Administrator" column to show who processed each payment (with online payments marked as customer-led)
Default Administrator Roles introduced for easier permission setup — including General Manager, Venue Administrator, and Instructor pre sets
Draft Standalone Invoices can now be created for improved billing flexibility
Email Notifications added for Document Expiry and Document Upload events to keep admins up to date

Document Centre was introduced on each customer profile to manage their documents and document requests in one place
Filter customers by Document status is now available on the Customers tab (Expired, Expiring Soon, Active)
Family Memberships can be configured to allow additional members
Promo Codes are now compatible with League registrations
Instructors can manage their own availability and view their own schedule of upcoming events
Birthday Parties can have the balance paid off via invoice, once an online deposit is paid

Promocodes can now be applied to Programs, with support for tag restrictions and membership discount prioritization
New Payment Filter: Added a 'Failed' status filter in the Payments feature, enabling users to easily locate failed payment transactions

You can now update invoice settings on bookings with no sent invoices or payments
Easily display your VAT/TAX number on invoices via a checkbox in Financial Settings
New admins get payment failure alerts by default, with better tools to manage failed payments
Large bookings load faster with 50-slot pagination, filters, and improved performance

Offline payments can no longer be backdated before the start of the current month to ensure accurate accounting and reporting
Making a booking VAT Exempt now recalculates the booking total
You can now CC multiple emails to a booking for improved visibility
Packs have been upgraded into a standalone, vastly improved feature
Packs can now be added as benefits to membership plans and assigned to members

We have added a Work Orders/Inspections feature - This allows you to easily create work orders to fix
We have enabled accounting on the back end for all venues in case you would like the accounting feature in future
SportsKey 'Power Ups' page has been added so you can see all available features

You can now take deposits for team registrations in Leagues
Free Agents can be added by Captains and Admins in Leagues
Removed Payments tab for Requested Signups for events
We now hide the Access Codes until the booking has been accepted in access control
