Ennis Leisure Complex

Each lesson is 30 minutes long and takes place in the deep end, with swimmers completing full lengths of the main pool. Must be confident in deep water. Must be able to swim on front and back unassisted. Emphasis on the technique for front-crawl and backcrawl, introduction to breaststroke and deep water safety. Advanced has more emphasis on stroke and breathing technique for front-crawl, backcrawl and breaststroke.

Assessments will be done by Week 5 of the 7-week programme to determine whether your child is ready to move up to the next level or should continue at their current level. We ask that parents and guardians speak with their child's teacher after the Week 5 assessment to confirm placement for the next term. Booking
