Broxburn United Sports Club
Physical and Learning Disability Activity Group
Sundays are for good vibes and great company. Whether you’re looking to try a new sport or just want a chill place to have a cuppa and a chat, our Sunday sessions are the place to be.
Whilst this group is for individuals with physical and learning disabilities, we’re big believers that everyone belongs. That’s why we love it when parents, carers, siblings, and friends come along too. The more, the merrier!
We’ve got:
Have a go at adaptive archery, axe throwing (yes, really!), boccia, or new age curling. They’re easy to pick up and heaps of fun. We’ve always got plenty of arts and crafts, plus a massive stash of Lego for the builders among us. If you’re feeling a bit more low-key, we’ve got board games and jigsaws ready to go. It’s a great way to meet new people without any of the awkwardness.
This is a safe, laid-back space to move your body, boost your mood, and, most importantly, be yourself. No labels, no stress, just a solid Sunday afternoon.
