Welcome to B-Connected, a vibrant, inclusive space designed specifically for children and young adults with physical and learning disabilities.
We know that navigating the transition from children’s services to adult services can feel like a massive milestone. Our mission is to bridge that gap, providing a consistent, safe, and incredibly fun environment where young people can stay active, build confidence, and make lasting friendships.
Our doors are open to children and young adults navigating the pre- and post-transition phases. We believe in community and collaboration, which is why we welcome attendees alongside their support networks. You can join us with: • Schools and class groups • Personal Assistants (PAs) • Carers • Parents and family members
Every session is designed to ensure everyone can participate fully, regardless of their ability level. We provide a diverse range of adapted sports and activities, focusing on what our participants can do, ensuring no one is left out
