The Breakfast Club is offered twice a week (Mondays & Thursdays) and is an intensive strength and conditioning program designed to improve physical performance metrics for competitive athletes. A combination of linear speed, changes of direction, reactivity, strength, cardiovascular endurance, power, and flexibility/mobility are trained weekly. Methods used to achieve these outcomes include weightlifting principles, sled work, plyometrics, Functional Range Conditioning®, field-based speed, and agility/reaction drills. Athletes committing to this program are not expected to be already proficient with these methods, but should expect to deliberately practice them.

Program designed by Caleb Mady - Performance Director at Canadore's High Performance Academy and North Bay Battalion Strength and Conditioning Coach.
