This program is designed for swimmers who are ready to build on basic skills and begin developing proper stroke technique. Participants will focus on improving comfort, endurance, and coordination while learning foundational strokes in a structured and encouraging environment.
Skills Covered: • Front crawl and back crawl (up to 25 yards) • Backstroke (up to 25 yards) • Scissor kicks • Sidestroke arm movements
