This program is designed for young swimmers to begin building independence and confidence in the water without a parent present. All skills are taught with instructor support, focusing on water comfort, safety, and foundational swim development in a fun and encouraging environment.
Skills Covered: • Water adjustment and comfort • Blowing bubbles with face in the water • Assisted glides • Floating and kicking with support
