Plate Up Cooking Club at Blacon Youth Hub is a six-week hands-on program for young people aged 12+. Each Saturday from 11 April to 16 May (2–5pm), participants will learn practical cooking skills, preparing three individual meals to eat during the session and three family meals to take home. Young people will complete recipe cards for each dish and take part in all prep, cooking, and clean-up with guidance from Liz. Each participant receives their own cooking tray/dish. Spaces are limited to 8, and cost for all six sessions is £15.
