This 45-minute training session is designed to help young athletes build the strength, mechanics, and confidence needed to shoot effectively from mid-range and beyond. In this high-energy, skill-focused class, players will learn how to: - Develop proper shooting mechanics for deeper shots. - Generate power from their legs—not just their arms. - Maintain balance and consistency as distance increases. - Improve arc, rotation, and follow-through. - Build confidence shooting off the catch and off the dribble.
