This class will put hitters through a variety of customized drills while focusing on quality repetitions, proper mechanics, pitch selection, and approach. In addition to fundamental development, players will learn and execute dynamic training techniques designed to increase strength, bat speed, and overall explosiveness. Players will be grouped based on age and skill level!
Instructor(s) - Maddie Votsis + HS softball players (if needed)
