Welcome to the Hull KR Foundation booking system. Here you can book a range of programs we hold in Hull and East Riding, and hire a space on our Community 3G Pitch, based at Craven Park. Please ensure you read any relevant T&C's and the public notes displayed below.

Please adhere to the rules for footwear. No flat soled shoes are to be worn on the pitch. Only players and coaches are permitted on the pitch. All spectators must remain on the tarmac area. No pop up seating, gazebos etc. are allowed on the pitch. Full pitch hire is needed for 9v9 and 9v9 teams are to provide their own markers. We operate a Keep Tidy policy. No smoking/vaping is permitted in or near the 3G area. Please use Smoking Areas. Urinating on the pitch (in public) is a criminal offence.
Your booking request will be sent to the venue for approval.

As a mascot, you will get, - photo(s) with Favourite Player(s)* - a tour of the stadium, inc.1st team changing room - to welcome the players as they arrive - to do a player style warm up on the sidelines - to meet a member of the coaching team or back-room staff* - to eat in Legends Lounge - to witness the Coin Toss - to have your photo on the big screen, - Stand on the point of the flag as the players run out, plus more.

Kit - The mascot will be required to wear a full Hull KR ‘26 replica kit (Shirt, Short and Socks).
Photo – Please email us a recent photo of the mascot upon booking. Food – We will send the matchday menu out a week before the game. Please let us know of any specific dietary requirements in advance.

*Matchdays are subject to change. Photos with players and the meeting of coaching/back-room staff is subject to availability.
