Welcome to the Hull KR Foundation booking system. Here you can book a range of programs we hold in Hull and East Riding, and hire a space on our Community 3G Pitch, based at Craven Park. Please ensure you read any relevant T&C's and the public notes displayed below.

Please adhere to the rules for footwear. No flat soled shoes are to be worn on the pitch. Only players and coaches are permitted on the pitch. All spectators must remain on the tarmac area. No pop up seating, gazebos etc. are allowed on the pitch. Full pitch hire is needed for 9v9 and 9v9 teams are to provide their own markers. We operate a Keep Tidy policy. No smoking/vaping is permitted in or near the 3G area. Please use Smoking Areas. Urinating on the pitch (in public) is a criminal offence.

Be part of our matchday as the matchday mascot and experience the game day from a unique position.

The mascot will get to experience the following: - Photo with Favourite Player - Tour including Changing Room - Greet the players as they arrive - Warm Up on the Pitch (with Rufus or Foundation Staff) - Meet the Manager - Stand on the point of the flag as the players run out - Photo on the big screen - Food provided

Kit - the mascot will be required to wear a full kit (Shirts, Shorts and Socks - this can be Home, Away or Third Kit). Please contact [email protected] to discuss your requirements. Additional charges for any elements if kit required.

Non ticketed members / general price, 3 tickets are included in this package

Other Photo - we require a photo to be sent of the mascot to be included on the big screen

Dietary Requirements - please highlight any specific dietary requirements as food is included in the package
