Players Box Facility

The Players Box Foundations Course is a six-week experience designed to help students better understand themselves and build practical tools to perform under pressure. Each week, participants are guided through one of the six foundational Players Box lessons using discussion, activities, reflection, and real-life application. Students will learn how personality, learning style, mindset, emotions, confidence, and purpose influence the way they prepare, communicate, respond to challenges, and perform. By the end of the course, each student will have a personalized toolbox to help them manage pressure, recover from mistakes, strengthen confidence, and bring out their BIG YOU in academics, arts, athletics, relationships, and everyday life.
