St. Vincent Pallotti High School

Lacrosse Camp will focus on teaching the fundamentals of the games through drills that will build from individual skills to small group play and evolve into team concepts. Individual skills will include passing, catching, shooting, ground balls, footwork, and position-specific skills. Small group play will further develop skills through working with teammates in controlled scenarios. Team concepts will culminate with age-appropriate scrimmages. Players MUST provide all of their own equipment. This includes a stick, gloves, arm pads, shoulder/chest pads, helmet, and mouth guard for boys. For girls, this consists of a stick, goggles, and mouth guard.
