St. Vincent Pallotti High School

The Track and Field Camp will provide the campers with the opportunity to learn about a number of Track and Field events, including sprints, hurdles, and middle distance. The campers will learn the fundamentals of field events such as long jump, high jump and shot put. Each day will include training sessions and games for each of the events leading up to a mock track meet to demonstrate the skills learned. For the camp, athletes should wear athletic clothes and running shoes.
