The Nest

Our "Play & Eat" project is aimed at combining physical activity/play, socialisation and healthy meals.

The project will run on a weekly basis, term time only, targeting children from low-income families or facing food insecurity. Each session will last for two hours, with the following structure:

First Hour (Playtime 4pm-5pm) - Children will have the opportunity to engage in their adult supervised football on one of the 3G pitches. This hour will promote physical activity, creativity, and social interaction among participants. ONLY FOOTBALL IS AVAILABLE IN MARCH DUE TO ONGOING CONSTRUCTION

Second Hour (Mealtime 5pm-6pm) - Following the play session, children will be provided with a healthy meal prepared onsite. The menu will be carefully curated to ensure it meets dietary requirements and promotes healthy eating habits. Meal options will catering to dietary needs and preferences.
