Join us for a relaxing session on the ancient and healing artform of Mandala. Mandalas are extremely calming to create and to engage with, soothing anxiety and bringing you back to centre.
Artist Patricia Fitzgerald of Healing Creations will lead you through a talk exploring the history and philosophy of mandala. The group will do a meditation together and begin colouring in their own mandala, which is such a relaxing and absorbing thing to do!
